Interested applicants are encouraged to attend an information session, designed to guide you through the application process and to help you present quality information for review by the Campus Grants Program Committee. At each session we will:

  • Review guidelines for submission
  • Explain budgeting/expense requirements
  • Step through the proposal process
  • Answer questions

You will also have the opportunity to meet other faculty, staff, and students interested in applying for a campus grant, creating synergistic connections for ideas and possible resources.

Information Session Dates

  • Friday, September 29, 2017, Noon and 3:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, October 3, 2017, Noon

The sessions are 30-60 minutes in length and are held in the UEI Board Room on the third floor of the bookstore building.

Congratulations on obtaining a part-time student assistant position through University Enterprises Inc.,(UEI). You should have already received a conditional offer of employment email from UEI Human Resources. It contains important details about your employment and outlines next steps.

Prior to your first day of employment, you must come to UEI’s Human Resources Department to complete a new hire orientation. The orientation consists of reviewing and signing UEI policies and completing other documents for your personnel file. Orientations last approximately 45 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are being hired for a position outside of the greater Sacramento area, an orientation will be coordinated with UEI Human Resources and your work site supervisor on your first day.
