SPECIALTY PLATES
• Carnitas Plate:
Marinated and braised pork inside two soft corn tortillas served with salsa cruda, guacamole, cheese, and beans.
• Chile Colorado: Slow cooked lean beef in a mild-spiced red sauce. Served with beans, rice, and choice of flour or corn tortillas.
• Taco Salad:
Flour tortilla shell filled with lettuce and your choice of shredded chicken or ground beef topped with jack and cheddar cheese, salsa cruda, and sour cream.
• Tostada: Crispy flour shell covered with beans and shredded lettuce and your choice of shredded chicken or ground beef topped with jack and cheddar cheese, salsa cruda, and sour cream.
• Carnitas Tostada: Marinated and braised pork served on a crispy flour shell with beans and shredded lettuce topped with jack and cheddar cheese, salsa cruda, and sour cream.

BEEF
• Carne Asada:
Seasoned, diced steak with rice, beans, and red salsa inside a burrito.
• Seasoned Ground Beef:
Served with beans, rice, and salsa cruda inside a burrito.
• Chili Colorado: Slow-cooked lean beef in a mildly spiced red sauce. Served with beans, rice, and salsa cruda inside a burrito.
• Shredded Beef: Shredded beef simmered with tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers. Served with beans, rice, and salsa cruda inside a burrito.

PORK
• Chili Verde:
Lean pieces of pork slow-cooked in a mild green sauce. Served with beans, rice, and salsa cruda inside a burrito.
• Carnitas: Lean pork that is braised, simmered, and shredded. Served with beans, rice, and salsa cruda inside a burrito.

CHICKEN
• Chicken Machaca:
Boneless and skinless chicken cooked with tomatoes and onions. Served with beans, rice, and salsa cruda inside a burrito.
• Chicken Fajitas: Marinated chicken breasts grilled with onions and bell peppers. Served with beans, rice, and salsa cruda inside a burrito.

VEGGIES
• Veggie:
Beans, rice, cheddar and jack cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and salsa cruda.
• Bean and Cheese: Just as it says.... beans and cheese inside a burrito.
• Garden Veggie: Fresh veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, squash, onions, carrots, and bell peppers) sauteed in a citrus marinade. Served with beans, rice, and salsa cruda inside a burrito.
• Bean and Rice: Just beans and rice inside a flour tortilla.

• Soft Shell Taco: Soft corn tortilla filled with grilled steak pieces, grilled chicken pieces, or carnitas and topped with beans and green salsa.

• Nachos:
Corn tortilla chips covered with beans, cheddar and jack cheeses, salsa cruda, guacamole, and sour cream.
• Nachos with Beef or Chicken: Add beef or chicken to the nachos above.
• Quesadilla: Large flour tortilla filled with jack cheese and grilled. Served with guacamole and topped with chile verde sauce.
• Quesadilla with Beef or Chicken: Add beef or chicken to the quesadilla above.
