New Applicant Tracking System: Important Information

Welcome to UEIJobs.com! We’re excited to announce an upgrade to our applicant tracking system, which launches on May 5. With this launch, there are a few things to be aware of. On May 4 at 3:00 p.m. PST, all active job postings in our current system will be closed and no longer visible to applicants.

Supervisors: After May 4, you’ll receive a link to applicant materials in the current system to allow you to finish your applicant selection and hiring process without interruption. If you have a new job to post now, we recommend waiting until the new system launches on May 5. If you post a new job now, your job posting will close on May 4. For information on how to use the new applicant tracking system, please see the self-guided training documents below.

Returning Applicants: Your employment application and the application materials you saved in our current system won’t be transferred to the upgraded system. If you’re interested in saving your application information, log in to your user account and copy it. Access to your information on the current site will be permanently unavailable starting May 4 at 3:00 p.m. PST.

New and Returning Applicants: Effective May 5, all new and returning applicants will be required to create a new user account and profile and complete a new employment application.
