The California State University-Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP) Program is a statewide program dedicated to increasing the number of students from under-represented minority groups graduating from campuses of the California State University with baccalaureate degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines. The National Science Foundation has entered into a cooperative agreement with the California State University system to continue funding the LSAMP for Phase III and has designated Sacramento as the lead campus for programmatic direction with Unversity Enterprises, Inc. responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations. The Principal Investigator is Dr. Joseph F. Sheley. |

The CSU-LSAMP Alliance includes 47 public post-secondary institutions: 19 CSU campuses plus one or more California Community College partners.
