Time sheets are due on the 1st and 16th
of each month. See the Payroll Calendar
for specific dates. In order to ensure you
are using the latest version of the time
report, please save a copy from our web site every few months.
NOTICE: Employee identification numbers are random, system-generated numbers that are unique to each employee. Please use this number on all Time Reports. Questions: Contact Payroll Services at (916) 278-7427.

Notice: The Part-Time Student Employee Status forms and class schedules are due in the University Enterprises Human Resources Department each semester. The form is a requirement of continued employment. Please see form for details.
