SACRAMENTO, Calif., June 16, 2017 – University Enterprises, Inc. (UEI) is participating in orientation for both new transfer and freshmen students this summer to provide information and answer questions about UEI’s paid, part-time, student employment opportunities available through UEIJobs and the California Intern Network.
UEIJobs offers students jobs on campus at locations such as The Well, Starbucks, and the University Union. The California Intern Network provides off-campus internship opportunities to students in their field of study with employers such as Sutter Health, Caltrans, and the City of Sacramento. Students hired for positions through UEIJobs and the California Intern Network are employees of UEI.
Sac State Campus Dining, operated by UEI, is sharing a table at orientation this summer with Sac State Housing and Residential Life to provide information about dining options on campus as well as information about meal plans, including the Flex Plan, an economical meal plan for students living on and off campus.
Participating in new student orientation is just one of many ways UEI supports student success at Sac State.
Orientation for transfer students ends June 20. Freshman orientation starts June 27 and ends August 4. All orientation sessions are held in the University Union.
