Destination 2010

Ramona Village furthers the goals of President Gonzalez's "Destination 2010" in several ways:

• It will provide affordable housing for faculty and staff.
• It will foster development of a unique campus sense of community.
• It will be a very visible connection with the community as a whole.
• It will show Sac State's high standards of quality, livability, sustainability, and civic improvement.

The creation of this significant new neighborhood will greatly enhance the University's presence, prestige, and reputation in Sacramento, the State, and beyond.
