Summer Yoga Series for UEI Benefited Employees

Free summer yoga classes are now offered to UEI staff of all experience levels. Come learn and practice foundational yoga postures to strengthen the body and promote flexibility and relaxation.  Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated in this series of classes developed to enhance overall health and well-being.  1-hour classes will take place in the UEI Board Room, Suite 3010, 3rd floor of the Hornet Bookstore between June 3 and July 24.  Yoga mats are provided, or you may bring your own.  Sign up for as many sessions as you would like.  For detailed registration instructions, visit our Training page.  Choose one or more of the links below to register:
