Meditation Series for UEI Benefited Employees
Free guided meditation sessions offer UEI staff the opportunity to learn and practice techniques such as mindfulness and physical relaxation, to train attention and awareness, to improve psychological balance, and to enhance overall health and well-being. This series of 30-minute classes will take place in the UEI Board Room, Suite 3010, 3rd floor of the Hornet Bookstore between April 9 and May 16, 2019.
